​特定技能外国人 在留資格申請に係る健康診断

当院では、特定技能外国人の在留資格申請に必要な健康診断を実施しております。
健康診断の条件は次のとおりです。
・申請する３か月以内に受診している
・入管が指定する項目をすべて満たしている
・翻訳がついている（当院にて対応可能です）

健診概要

健診内容：
問診/身体計測/診察/聴力・視力検査/胸部レントゲン/血液検査/尿検査/心電図

所要時間: 約 1〜2 時間

持ち物：
1. 有効なパスポート
2. 持病などで通院中の場合は、検査結果・診断書（診療情報提供書）をご持参ください。処方薬を服薬中の場合は、診断と処方内容が確認できるものをご持参ください（和文可）。電子媒体の場合は、印刷して持参してください。
3.  眼鏡（使う方）

健診の注意：
1.  健診当日は絶食（食事をとらずに来院）をお願いします。
ただし治療中の病気がある場合は主治医に確認してください。
※水分（お水）は摂取可能です。
2.  妊娠中の方は健診予約の際にお知らせください。
3. 結核の既往がある方、あるいは、治療中の方は、以前の胸部レントゲンを持参してください。
4. 18歳未満の方は保護者の同伴が必要です。
5.  当日は動きやすい服装でお越しください。

結果報告：約7～10 営業日*
*検査で異常がなかった場合

胸部レントゲンで異常が指摘され場合は、追加の検査を受ける必要がある場合がありますのでご注意ください。

Outline of Examination

Contents of the health check:
Interview/Physical measurements/Examination/Hearing and vision tests/Chest X-ray/Blood test/Urine test/Electrocardiogram

Time required: Approximately 1-2 hours

Things to bring:
1. Valid passport
2. If you are currently receiving treatment for a chronic illness, please bring your test results and a medical letter. If you are taking prescription medication, please bring documentation that confirms your diagnosis and prescription (Japanese language is also acceptable). If it is electronic media, please print it out and bring it with you.
3. Glasses (if you wear them)

Notes for health check:
1. Please fast on the day of the checkup (come to the hospital without eating). However, if you are currently receiving treatment for an illness, please check with your doctor.
*Water is allowed
2. If you are pregnant, please notify us when scheduling your appointment.
3. If you have a history of tuberculosis or are currently undergoing treatment, please bring along a previous chest x-ray.
4. A guardian must accompany children under 18 years of age.
5. Please wear comfortable clothing on the day of your appointment.

Results reported: Approximately 7-10 business days*
*If no abnormalities are found in the test

Please note that if abnormalities are found in the chest x-ray, you may need to undergo additional testing.

Cost of the health check (excluding tax):
¥18,000.-
